2. Services
   HostGuest provides a platform for individuals (hosts) to list unused rooms in their homes and for guests to book those rooms. HostGuest is not a party to any rental agreements between hosts and guests.
3. User Responsibilities
   
   • Hosts
     are responsible for ensuring the information in their listings is accurate and truthful.
   • Guests
     are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before confirming a booking.
   • Both parties
     must adhere to applicable laws and regulations regarding property rentals.
4. Booking and Payments
   HostGuest does not handle payments directly. Bookings and payments are managed independently between hosts and guests.
5. Liability
   HostGuest is not responsible for any interactions, agreements, or disputes between hosts and guests. We are not liable for damages, theft, or injuries that may arise from a stay booked through HostGuest.
6. Termination
   We reserve the right to terminate access to our platform for any users who violate these terms.
